The next day, Paul and I went on a bro date to Buffalo Wild
Wings, or Bdubs. We arrived later then we wanted to so it was packed. It was
packed because it was 50 cent wing Thursday. We had to wait for about ten
minutes so, it wasn’t too long. When we were seated, we saw numerous TVs with
the same kind of games on as Hooters. For our order, I ordered 12 honey BBQ
wings and Paul ordered 8 honey BBQ and 4 hot wings. The hot wings were their
buffalo version of Hooters. We also asked for a cup of ranch with our wings.
The wait for our food was about ten minutes but, we didn’t mind because we saw
lots of friends there so the whole time we were just talking with friends. When
our food did arrive, we dove in, fork first. Paul gave me two of his hot wings
and I gave him two of my honey BBQ wings so we’d each have the same amount.
That first bite let me tell you, was amazing. The next bite was just as good as
well as the rest of the bites. We ate those wings quicker than Roadrunner
outrunning Wily Coyote. Afterwards, we were stuffed. The waitress left us the
bill and it was $13.50. It was $6 for 12 wings since it was 50 cent wings and each cup of ranch was $.75 cents.
Now, it is time for my recommendation. After both visits, and 22 wings later, I recommend... wait for it, wait for it, Buffalo Wild Wings. I recommend this between the two because Bdubs has more variety in wing flavors, better tasting wings, the decor and waitresses are more suitable for a family, and the waitresses are a tad bit better at their jobs. Now don't get me wrong, Hooters is still a good option. If you happen to be a single guy or going out with "the bros," then Hooters is the spot because it gives you more then just food.
However, Bdubs is better. Their wings filled Paul and I up more, there were more TVs, and the waitresses seemed like they knew more about their job then the ones at Hooters. The only thing going against Bdubs is the price. Bdubs is more costly than Hooters if you don't go on $.50 cent wings, but in the long run, its worth it. All in all, Bdubs is the way to go. Watch this video the following video and you'll agree. Good eatin!
